About the Role
The purpose of this role is to support the Finance team in delivering accurate, timely and reliable accounting and reporting across the group’s Norwegian and international entities.
The role will be part of a small Accounting team with a broad and varied responsibility area. The candidate will contribute to day-to-day accounting operations, month-end activities, reconciliations, reporting and other finance-related tasks as required. As the team supports several legal entities and operates across multiple countries, the role requires a solid understanding of accounting principles, attention to details, a willingness to learn and the flexibility to assist where needed.
The role will work from the Headquarters based in Asker, Norway.
Key Responsibilities
Processing, coding, posting and follow-up of incoming invoices.
Prepare customer invoices ensuring accurate and timely billing and follow-up of invoicing-related matters.
Perform bank-related tasks, including payment processing, posting of bank transactions and bank reconciliations.
Assist with monthly closing activities, including reconciliations, accruals, prepayments and balance sheet documentation.
Maintain fixed asset registers, prepare depreciation calculations and related accounting entries.
Prepare documentation and supporting material for auditors.
Contribute to continuous improvement of finance processes, routines and internal controls.
Provide ad hoc support to colleagues in the Finance team, project controllers and other parts of the organisation when required.
The responsibilities may develop over time in line with the employee’s experience, competence and the needs of the Finance team.

Key qualifications and requirements
1-3 years relevant experience
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or another related field
Fluent in English and Norwegian
