About the Role
As the Key Account Manager (KAM) and main point of contact for our customer portfolio in the Nordic region, you are responsible for coordinating all ongoing dialogue between Cambi and the client and personally plan, carry out, and document site services on Cambi systems. The role is hands-on and involves extensive on-site work, and close operational follow-up to ensure reliable delivery, timely actions, and high customer satisfaction, all while maintaining strict compliance with site safety requirements.
You are responsible for ensuring that customer requests, operational issues, and agreed actions are properly followed up internally and externally, acting as the link between the client and Cambi’s technical, service, and project teams.
The right candidate is a curious and motivated learner who is eager to build a deep understanding of Cambi’s technology, including process, mechanical, and electrical aspects of the systems. The position offers significant on-the-job training and the opportunity to develop strong technical expertise.
In addition to the core service and coordination responsibilities, the role also includes supporting technical sales–related activities such as proposals preparation, contract discussions, and identifying service-related business opportunities. You will work closely with multi-disciplinary and international teams and contribute to the continuous development of the company’s services, methods, and processes. The role reports to the O&M Support Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for clients/plants in the Nordic region, ensuring high levels of support, delivery, and client satisfaction.
Primary responsibility for service assignments in the Nordic region.
Deliver site services such as process equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and process monitoring and optimization in collaboration with Cambi experts.
Ensure compliance with site safety requirements and conduct Safe Job Analyses when required.
Proactively promote services, products, and projects to clients.
Identify opportunities, support sales and development of technical proposals.
Support negotiations with clients.
Lead procurement from sub-suppliers, partners, and clients.
Take ownership of solving complex client challenges while capturing business opportunities.
Contribute to the development of service offerings, methodologies, tools, and business processes to strengthen organizational capabilities.

Requirements
Engineer within mechanical, process, chemical, automation or a process technician. Or certificate of Craftsmanship, Technical College within automation, process, mechanical, electrical.
> 3 years of relevant work experience.
Experience from wastewater-, pulp and paper-, biogas- or agriculture industry would be an advantage.
Comfortable with working in national, international and multicultural environments.
The position requires professional proficiency in Norwegian and English. Additional language skills are considered an advantage.
Boiler Certificate (Kjelpassersertifikat) is a benefit.
