O&M Support Manager

Cambi is looking for an experienced and motivated O&M Support Manager to join our Services team. As O&M Support Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Global P&L for a significant and growing part of the business area.
- Recruiting, developing, and leading a global, competent, and motivated team.
- Growing our O&M offerings by business development together with your team, expanding into new geographies, expanding our service offerings, and expanding the team accordingly as needed.
- Overlooking and managing the day-to-day business operations, by supervising, facilitating, approving, and ensuring excellent performance in supporting our customers.
- Client communication as part of business development, advice, support, commercial negotiations, and follow-up of our deliverables.
- The function will also act as KAM for the Nordic region, with responsibility for a portfolio of existing clients having a Cambi plant in operation. The main tasks are the following:
- Be the customer main point of contact and handle all topics related to client communication, advice, services and products delivered and pull in the appropriate internal resources to ensure delivery and client satisfaction.
- Proactively promote all our services, products and projects.
- Be the owner and driver of solving complex challenges, prepare proposals, and harvesting opportunities.
- Assist the Technical Maintenance and Support team as and when required.
- Contribute to developing the services offerings, methodology, tools and business processes.
This is both a strategic and operative role. It is important that you enjoy being hands-on while taking an overall view and responsibility for the function. The role is part of a growing business and in a fast paced, highly competent, international, and innovative working environment.
We believe the ideal candidate could be an engineer in mechanical, process, chemical, or automation disciplines, or a process technician, with team leadership experience. However, we also encourage candidates with a background in business and administration, who have worked closely with process engineering teams, to apply. The right candidate has a commercial mindset, good communication skills and fluency in English. Experience from process industry, wastewater, and sludge treatment is an advantage. We expect high personal standards for the quality of work, and an attitude to take initiatives and be self-motivated.
Location: At our headquarter in Asker, just outside Oslo, Norway. Alternatively based at home office within Scandinavia. Occasional travelling will be required, and normally controlled and managed by yourself.
